DLP Printing Service

DLP (Digital Light Processing) is a 3D printing innovation used to quickly deliver photopolymer parts.

It’s basically the same as SLA with one tremendous distinction – where SLA machines utilize a laser that follows a layer, a DLP machine utilizes an extended light source to fix the whole layer at once. The part is shaped layer by layer.

Advantages of DLP 3D printing over injection moulding, CNC machining and FDM printing:

– 100’s of parts can be 3D-printed (depending on their size and geometry in a single day).

– Injection moulded-like surface finish can be achieved.

– Material such as Onyx, ABS, Nylon, TR300 (ultra-high temp), flame retardant FR940, glass-clear resin and flexible rubber-like resins, can be 3D printed.
